Born in 1987 in Ankara, İşcan had her B.A and M.F.A (Media& Design) degree from İ.D. Bilkent University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphic Design. She spent her junior year (2008-2009) as an exchange student at The University of Michigan, School of Art and Design, Ann Arbor MI, USA.
She moved to Istanbul in 2013.
Here she started working as an art director for Ntv Tarih and #tarih magazines. She also worked with several clients from publishing and entertainment industry.
İşcan attended Mamut Art Project Exhibition in 2015, with her large-scale pencil drawings. In the years that followed, she participated in several group exhibitions in İstanbul. She continues her art studies at her studio in Teşvikiye. She also works as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator.
